Whole place was clean with exceptional views; brilliant location near a very good cafe too. The buffet breakfast was good hot and savoury!

Chilled-out base for 2 nights. Excellent location, pleasant staff, beds were comfortable. There's Royal Carvery with nice shots a couple of blocks away from the venue. Everything that you need, such as an air conditioning, a sitting area and a clothes-hanging unit, in a hotel room was there.

We ate at Angels, which is only 600 m away, it suited our needs. It took 10 minutes to reach Babbacombe Beach on foot. Very close to the airport, 30 km. A super base for exploring Torquay.

Good value and LOYAL staff. A view of the sea from our window. We would be happy to recommend as we really enjoyed babbacombe.
